Delivery, Changes, and Returns

Delivery

Delivery times are calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday). No shipments will be made on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. The delivery timeframe is up to 15 days from the date of order placement. Deliveries will be carried out by our trusted transport partners during standard delivery hours.

Please note that delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events such as storms, snow, roadblocks, strikes, administrative issues, customs actions, or delays by airlines and shipping companies. The company is not responsible for transport delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to provide a contact phone number

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your details before confirming your order. Our goal is your total satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, please request a return via email at info@biccara.com within 7 working days of receiving the product. Be sure to include the reason for the return; your feedback helps us improve.

Once we receive the package at our store, we will inspect it to verify it is in perfect condition. After the inspection, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Note: If one or more items received are damaged, you have a maximum of 24 hours to request a return. Please send photos of the damaged items within this timeframe to info@biccara.com.

Until we receive the returned item, it is your responsibility. We recommend using a courier or registered mail service and keeping the proof of shipment. The buyer bears the cost of returning the item unless it is defective or broken upon arrival.
